Effective March 28, 2026
Stockpolly ("we", "our", "the Service") is a service operated by Graphic Research Inc. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Purpose
These Terms of Service govern the use of all services provided by Stockpolly (the "Service"), and define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the company and its members.
2. Definitions
- ·"Service" refers to the service provided by Graphic Research Inc., accessible via web and mobile applications.
- ·"Member" refers to any person who has signed up and entered into a service agreement.
- ·"Content" refers to all information, data, analysis, and materials provided within the Service.
- ·"Compute" refers to the prepaid units used to access features within the Service.
3. Registration & Agreement
- ·Membership is established when the user agrees to these Terms, completes the registration form, and the company accepts the application.
- ·Registration is available via Google account or email sign-up.
- ·The company may refuse or restrict registration in the following cases: false information provided, prior account termination due to policy violation, or other cases inconsistent with company policy.
4. Service Description
- ·The Service is provided via web and mobile applications.
- ·The Service may be temporarily suspended for system maintenance, security updates, or other operational reasons.
- ·Some features require compute. Compute-related terms are defined in Section 6.
5. Member Obligations
- ·Members must provide accurate information when creating an account and promptly update it if changes occur.
- ·Members are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials and may not transfer or share them with third parties.
- ·Use of automated bots, scripts, or other abnormal means to access the Service is prohibited.
- ·Members may not reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute any data obtained through the Service.
- ·Members may not resell content or provide derivative services for commercial purposes using the Service.
- ·Members may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- ·If a member violates the obligations above or abnormal usage that disrupts normal service operations is detected, the company may restrict access to or suspend the account in accordance with Section 13. In urgent cases such as system intrusion that require immediate action, the company may act without prior notice and provide notice afterward.
6. Compute & Billing
- ·Some features require compute, which can be purchased within the Service. Details on compute types, quantities, and pricing are provided within the Service.
- ·Compute may only be used for features within the Service and cannot be exchanged for cash or used outside the Service.
- ·Compute is personal to the account holder and may not be transferred, gifted, or sold to other users.
- ·The usage period and refund eligibility period for paid compute (from compute pack purchases) is one (1) year from the date of payment. Unused paid compute expires after one year. The company will provide notice of the upcoming expiration via email or in-app notification at least 30 days in advance.
- ·Free compute granted for sign-up, daily check-in, referrals, or other promotional events is not eligible for refund.
- ·The company reserves the right to modify compute pricing with reasonable notice.
- ·Due to the nature of prepaid products, certain card issuers and payment methods may be restricted.
- ·By making a purchase, you also agree to the terms of the applicable payment processor.
7. Compute Pack Refunds
- ·Compute packs are one-time purchases. Compute is granted immediately upon payment.
- ·Refund requests may be made within one (1) year of purchase. In-app purchase refunds are governed by Section 8.
- ·If no compute has been used, a full refund is issued. If some compute has been used, a proportional refund is calculated based on unused base compute only.
- ·Bonus compute is not included in the refund calculation. Upon refund, all remaining compute (including bonuses) is revoked.
- ·Refunds are processed to the original payment method only.
- ·Compute packs past the refund eligibility period (one year from the date of payment) are not eligible for refund.
8. In-App Purchase Refunds
- ·In-app purchases (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) are governed by the respective store's billing and refund policies, which may differ from the refund window and conditions in Section 7. The company has no authority to process these refunds directly; members must submit refund requests through the relevant store's official refund process.
- ·The company may assist refund requests by providing supporting information such as receipts, transaction timestamps, and credit history; however, approval of the refund is at the sole discretion of the store. When the store approves a refund, the company will revoke the compute (including bonus compute) credited from that purchase upon receiving the refund notification. If used compute leaves an insufficient balance, the balance is set to zero.
9. General Refund Terms
- ·In the event of a billing error such as a duplicate charge, a full refund will be issued regardless of the standard refund window.
- ·Compute is digital content that becomes usable immediately upon payment. The right of withdrawal is limited for compute that has already been used, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws (in Korea, Article 17(2)(5) of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce). Refunds for unused compute are governed by Section 7.
10. Service Changes & Termination
- ·The company may modify all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons.
- ·In the event of significant changes or termination of the Service, notice will be given at least 30 days in advance via email or in-app notification.
- ·Upon service termination, unused paid compute within the refund eligibility period is eligible for refund. Free compute is not refundable.
11. Intellectual Property
- ·All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Graphic Research Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws.
- ·Content generated by the Service is provided for personal use only and may not be commercially redistributed.
12. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
- ·The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- ·The company does not provide investment advisory services. The Service is a utility that helps users record their holdings and look up related information. Features that constitute investment advice — including buy/sell recommendations, specific stock recommendations, price predictions, portfolio diagnosis, and rebalancing suggestions — are not offered anywhere in the Service, and any user requests of this nature are refused.
- ·The company is not responsible for any investment losses resulting from use of the Service.
- ·Stock prices, dividends, and financial data are sourced from external data providers, and accuracy or timeliness is not guaranteed.
- ·To the maximum extent permitted by law, the company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
13. Account Termination
- ·Members may request account deletion at any time through Settings.
- ·The company may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms and will notify the member via email with the reason in advance. In urgent cases (illegal activity, system breach, etc.), notification may be given afterward.
- ·Members may dispute a company-initiated termination by contacting customer support within 14 days of notification.
- ·Upon termination, all associated data will be deleted within 30 days.
- ·Unused compute is forfeited upon account termination. Members with refundable compute pack purchases within the eligibility period may request a refund before terminating their account.
14. Privacy
The collection, use, storage, and disposal of member personal information is governed by our separate Privacy Policy, which is accessible within the Service.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.
16. Changes to Terms
The company may update these terms as needed. Changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 7 days before they take effect. Changes that are unfavorable to members or otherwise material — including changes affecting rights and obligations, billing and refunds, liability, or the validity of these terms — will be communicated at least 30 days in advance, and if a member does not object during that notice period, the member is deemed to have accepted the change. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
